The charming Restaurant in Baar

The offer at Fontana is extra varied so that you can find exactly what you are hungry for. In general, our cuisine stands for honest dishes with fresh, seasonal products from the region. From this we conjure up all sorts of things:

  • A highlight of the menu are certainly the First and Second Cuts from the „Big Green Egg“. In the charcoal-fired ceramic grill, the meat cooks more gently, evenly and gets a sexy, smoky BBQ flavor.
  • Vegetable friends will also be happy, as the vegetarian dishes are attractive and skillfully formulated.
  • Short on time or just want something light? Then take a look at our lunch menu. The Quick Business lunch and the „Smart-Eating“ dishes are designed exactly for these needs.

Learn some tips and tricks from our chefs. Together you will cook a delicious 5-course menu. After cooking, everything will of course be eaten together.

Start 6 PM with apertifi and snacks
afterwards we will cook a 5-course Surprise menu with asparagus and wine accompaniment (alcohol-free also possible, please specify when registering)
